Join our team: we are hiring an argon welder in Katagum, Bauchi State. Ideal candidate: • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety Day to day you will clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush; grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish; sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size; strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal; inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
