Grill cook — Gubio

Join our team: we are hiring a grill cook in Gubio, Borno State. You will work at a fast-food outlet. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Your main tasks: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
