You should have: • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets • Punctual with reliable attendance The role involves: • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier • Follow the work instruction sheet for each station • Apply labels, barcodes and serial stickers in the right position • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station • Report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away • Wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
