line cook position — Kachia, Kaduna State

We run a busy kitchen in Kachia and need a dependable line cook. Main duties: preparing dishes to spec, daily mise en place, running a station during service. We expect knowledge of food hygiene rules, speed under pressure. Around 2 year(s) of similar experience is a plus. Approximately 47 hours per week, night shift.
