The role involves strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns; mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting; prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer; mix and tint paint to match colour swatches; sand and fill walls before applying primer; fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps. Requirements: • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day • Skilled with brush, roller and spray application • Able to mix and colour-match paints accurately Six days a week, one day off.
