Great opportunity: dish pit attendant (Zamfara State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Tsafe, Zamfara State. Day-to-day duties: • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar What we are looking for: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Rotating shifts.
