Immediate opening: scullery hand (Plateau State)

Now hiring: we are hiring a scullery hand in Kanke, Plateau State. Requirements: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers On the job you will handle: • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method 4+ years on the tools preferred.
