What we are looking for: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day On a typical shift you will take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings.
