Restaurant steward — Curry County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Curry County, Oregon. What we are looking for: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform On the job you will handle: • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
