Food and beverage server — Edati

Vacancy available: we are hiring a food and beverage server in Edati, Niger State. Your main tasks: • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel Rotating shifts.
