Cnc lathe setter wanted in Luzerne County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cnc lathe setter in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania. The job is at a busy machine shop. Day-to-day duties: • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes You should have: • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
