Join our team: we are hiring a mobile crane operator in Henrico County, Virginia. You will work on a busy construction site. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) On the job you will handle: • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius Full-time with occasional weekends.
