Packaging machine operator • Nganzai, Borno State

Join our team: we are hiring a packaging machine operator in Nganzai, Borno State. The job is at an injection moulding unit. On a typical shift you will carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station; change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers; monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift; record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet; run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing; follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts 5+ years on the tools preferred.
