Requirements: • Reliable, punctual and tidy on site • A good eye for clean lines and an even finish • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day The role involves: • Fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps • Mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer • Lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture • Cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames • Carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover 6+ years on the tools preferred.
