Immediate opening: head butcher (Osun State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a head butcher in Ejigbo, Osun State. Day to day you will run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case. Ideal candidate: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Full-time, day shift.
