Great opportunity: tree and shrub pruner (Bauchi State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tree and shrub pruner in Damban, Bauchi State. The job is on the grounds of a hotel resort. Day-to-day duties: • Apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds • Prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers • Spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease • Repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings • Check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads • Dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds Requirements: • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish Rotating shifts.
