Confectioner • Grant County, Kansas

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a confectioner in Grant County, Kansas. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Day-to-day duties: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls 6+ years on the tools preferred. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
