Now hiring: we are hiring a waitress in Comanche County, Texas. Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts You will follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
