Now hiring: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Pierce County, Washington. Day to day you will record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun. Requirements: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts.
