Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • 2+ years' experience as a baker Day to day you will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; load and unload the deck oven with a peel.
