Requirements: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner Day-to-day duties: • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Clear and reset tables between covers • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
