Immediate opening: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Perry County, Alabama. You will be based in a coffee shop. Requirements: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform Your main tasks: • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager 5+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
