Ideal candidate: • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine The role involves refuel the machine and record running hours; spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction; follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels; backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid; operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site; grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms.
