Fry cook wanted in Bexar County

Now hiring: we are hiring a fry cook in Bexar County, Texas. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. The role involves: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Full-time with occasional weekends.
