We are recruiting: we are hiring a halal butcher in Oye, Ekiti State. You will work in a hotel or restaurant butchery. Requirements: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers On the job you will handle: • Season and marinate meat on request • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings 2+ years on the tools preferred.
