Catering cook wanted in Afikpo North

Great opportunity: we are hiring a catering cook in Afikpo North, Ebonyi State. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. The role involves: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure 3+ years on the tools preferred.
