Immediate opening: back-of-house cleaner (Oklahoma)

Join our team: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Comanche County, Oklahoma. Day-to-day duties: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks Ideal candidate: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
