Crawler dozer operator — Sumner County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a crawler dozer operator in Sumner County, Kansas. You will be based on a quarry floor. The role involves work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals; rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank; grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily; strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse; spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction; form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle. You should have: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine 3+ years on the tools preferred.
