Mobile crane operator — Ikere

Great opportunity: we are hiring a mobile crane operator in Ikere, Ekiti State. You will work in a steel fabrication workshop. You should have: • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging Day to day you will carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block; keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL); help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone; rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams; read and interpret the load chart before every lift; keep a safe distance from overhead power lines. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
