Now hiring: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Balrampur, Uttar Pradesh. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. Requirements: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Willing to work shifts and overtime On a typical shift you will apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness.
