Kitchen cook — Zaki

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Zaki, Bauchi State. Your main tasks: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in You should have: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies 2+ years on the tools preferred.
