Requirements: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change You will raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place.
