Banquet server wanted in Ogle County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a banquet server in Ogle County, Illinois. What we are looking for: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change The role involves pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; check back during the meal and handle special requests; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket).
