Tracked excavator operator — Curry County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a tracked excavator operator in Curry County, New Mexico. You will be based on a pipeline and trenching crew. On the job you will handle: • Track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport • Inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up • Dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels • Keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly • Strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse • Carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels What we are looking for: • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances 5+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $5,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
