Butcher • Oju, Benue State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a butcher in Oju, Benue State. The role involves run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled. Ideal candidate: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
