Back-of-house cleaner • Ningi, Bauchi State

Now hiring: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Ningi, Bauchi State. Day to day you will clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks. Ideal candidate: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff ₦4,000 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
