Elevator repair technician wanted in Sharp County

Join our team: we are hiring an elevator repair technician in Sharp County, Arkansas. You will be based in a machine room on the rooftop. Ideal candidate: • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics Day to day you will set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear; wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches; adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy; replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays; test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake; respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers. Part-time with flexible hours. $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
