Vacancy available: we are hiring a captain waiter in Shendam, Plateau State. You will check back during the meal and handle special requests; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; clear and reset tables between covers; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager. Requirements: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
