Tracked excavator operator wanted in McLeod County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a tracked excavator operator in McLeod County, Minnesota. The job is at a road and highway construction project. Your main tasks: • Excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs • Load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage • Work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance • Lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains • Inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up You should have: • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones 1+ years on the tools preferred. $4,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
