What we are looking for: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform The role involves follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; check back during the meal and handle special requests; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place.
