Kitchen cook wanted in Orange County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Orange County, Virginia. The role involves: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
