Great opportunity: short order cook (Kano State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a short order cook in Minjibir, Kano State. The job is in a catering banquet kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Pay around ₦185,000 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
