Great opportunity: gas commissioning technician (Rivers State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a gas commissioning technician in Bonny, Rivers State. You will work in a gas distribution network. Day to day you will test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser; check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray; set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge; lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points; install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation; install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves. What we are looking for: • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration • Able to read isometric and site drawings • Driving licence for travel between sites Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
