Fine-dining server — Jasper County

Now hiring: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Jasper County, Texas. You will work at a busy restaurant. You will pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; clear and reset tables between covers; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins. What we are looking for: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
