Captain waiter — Morrison County

Now hiring: we are hiring a captain waiter in Morrison County, Minnesota. Requirements: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages Your main tasks: • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments 3+ years on the tools preferred.
