Grill cook — Mitchell County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a grill cook in Mitchell County, Iowa. The job is in a catering banquet kitchen. You will label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; prepare the mise en place before each service; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate 1+ years on the tools preferred.
