Immediate opening: we are hiring an overhead (EOT) crane operator in Ukwa East, Abia State. Day to day you will help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone; fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure; read and interpret the load chart before every lift; grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands; follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger. What we are looking for: • A good head for heights for tower crane work • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. ₦170,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
