Landscape gardener • Barnstable County, Massachusetts

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a landscape gardener in Barnstable County, Massachusetts. You will be based in a residential garden complex. You should have: • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage On a typical shift you will operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters; plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings; mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers; water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines; cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs; spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around $2,700 per month, based on your experience.
