Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Meriwether County, Georgia. The role involves laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. You should have: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Basic cake decorating and piping skills We offer $5,400 per month plus benefits.
