Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dough maker in Todd County, Minnesota. Your main tasks: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Score the top of loaves before baking • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Part-time with flexible hours.
